📅On Thursday, June 8, at the proposal of our Supplier Quality Engineer @[Luca Degli Esposti](urn:li:person:MgC5ijkDmf), we organized a Supplier Day, a day entirely dedicated to our trusted suppliers. 🔍The idea was born with the aim of conveying the focus on quality on the supply chain that has become a pillar for us for years at this part, so as to make significant improvements on our performances and increase the effectiveness of our production systems. 🤝It was also a way for our team and all suppliers to get to know us live, to understand who we are, what we do, how we work, where our products end up; this is because the human aspect is important to establish a good working relationship. 👉The meeting went like this: - Company presentation by our CEO @[adamo venturelli](urn:li:person:vOb0hNLnS3) 🎤 - Market evolution and trends with CCO @[Fabio Muratori](urn:li:person:voQ62v6gnm)📊 - Opening to the Quality factor with our QM and CTO @[Piermatteo Covili](urn:li:person:tsc1LGmqsq) 🔬 - Overview on CEM area projects, with @[Freddy José Mendez](urn:li:person:gf_VU5qcY6) 💼 - Quality supplier performance with @[Luca Degli Esposti](urn:li:person:MgC5ijkDmf) 📈 - Excursus on current situation of energy and material prices with Purchasing Manager Rossana Tremosini 🔩 - Changes taking place in VIS and new projects in logistics with @[Paolo Coletta](urn:li:person:8OhN6Jd-ML) and @[Daniel Grandi](urn:li:person:vbO7q_S5_7), Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. 🆕 🏭After a rich buffet, we took the guests on a tour of our Plants, including MECOF, to show our organization and the movements of the material supplied to us by them. 💪It was a nice but rewarding challenge to set up an event of this magnitude for the first time, with 60 visitors, from both local and all over Italy and belonging to different commodity classes, and about 20 from VIS. 👏Many thanks to the suppliers who participated in this day, to the VDE and SALES TEAMS who managed the guided tours, to the guys from the PURCHASING, MARKETING, IQI, IPQI and CEM departments who played a key role in setting up and organizing the day, and to our Governance for approving this initiative. 🌱Proud to have been able to pursue healthy partnerships with you and to have opened the doors of our company, hoping to have conveyed our passion and willingness to bring innovation to our target market, making quality an essential requirement for common growth. 🚀See you next year, with new goals and challenges! #marketing #quality #innovation #work #team #sales #growth #like #supplychain #partnerships #event #logistics #suppliers #projects #engineer
