‘VIS HYDRAULICS - IFTS in Apprenticeship’

This initiative is aimed at obtaining a certificate of higher technical specialization (IFTS) and it takes the form of an employment contract with a training content. This opportunity is turned to young people aged up to 25, who own one of the following requirements: - Technical Professional Diploma; - Higher Secondary Education Diploma; - Admission to the fifth year of High School courses; - Certification of the skills acquired in previous studies, trainings and works subsequent to the completion of compulsory education, in case of lack of upper Secondary Education Diploma. The expected duration of the training period is 12 months and it will take place partly in the company and partly externally in special classrooms, for a total of 800 hours of training, of which 400 hours on the Job within the company. This new entry method will allow you to discover our production departments and a young and dynamic work environment, but also to learn and apply the concepts quickly and concretely. Furthermore, the training period in the company will be paid. The training topics will generally be the following, with the aim of training specialized figures of ''Lab Technicians'': 1. Technical English 2. IT applications for Data Management 3. Communication and group dynamics 4. Problem solving and process control 5. Integrated Management of Safety in the workplace 6. Applied mathematics and statistics 7. Production systems 8. Production flow management techniques 9. Industrial cost analysis 10. Product industrialization 11. Systems and components of the product tree 12. Technologies of materials and processes of the product tree 13. Programming of production automations 14. Metrology and test systems 15. Sensors and electronic monitoring for operational intelligence 16. Production maintenance 17. Environmental footprint of product 18. Circular production and efficient use of energy. The training course will approximately start in October, once the minimum number of 8 participants has been reached. Learn by working? Today it is possible.
